School of Entrepreneurship and Management, Bangkok University, Thailand

Faculty positions (Full-time)
School of Entrepreneurship and Management (SEM) are seeking candidates for 3 full-time faculty positions with the following specializations:

•  Entrepreneurship / Innovation Management / Industrial Organization / Strategy & Growth
•  Marketing Strategy / Business Planning
•  Human-Resource / Organization Management
•  Industrial Engineering / Management

An attractive remuneration package commensurate with qualifications and competencies will be negotiated with the successful candidates. All positions will be based in Bangkok University, city campus.

Requirements: Candidates should have a PhD in any related fields indicated above. Excellent English proficiency is a must. Candidates also need to clearly demonstrate their teaching and research skills (i.e. teaching experience and publication profile).

Faculty development and functions: Thanks to our strong partnership with Babson, all new SEM faculty members will have an opportunity to participate in the renowned Babson’s faculty development program (http://www.babson.edu/enterprise-education-programs/education-educators/Pages/default.aspx). Through this program, Babson train the educators to effectively coach and teach entrepreneurship based on Babson’s “No. 1 Entrepreneurial Thoughts and Action Curriculum” (see e.g. Graduate courses - http://www.babson.edu/graduate/academics/mba/Pages/core-curriculum.aspx, Undergraduate courses - http://www.babson.edu/undergraduate/academics/curriculum/Pages/default.aspx).

In addition to teaching and research, SEM faculty are expected to contribute to business consultation for students (and members) at our incubation center. This consultation includes sharing knowledge and experience, developing skills and identifying major components for business startup, management and organization.

Our entrepreneurship eco-system: Bangkok University (http://www.bu.ac.th), the largest and one of the first private universities in Thailand, have a strong position and reputation of "creative university". Since January 2011, Bangkok University have become a member of Babson's Global Consortium for Entrepreneurship Education (GCEE), which is an exclusive network of higher educational institutions in entrepreneurship from all around the world.
