Description: The Centre for Innovation and Structural Change (CISC)
www.cisc.ie at NUI Galway seeks to recruit a Senior Researcher in Social
Entrepreneurship as part of its national integration with the Social
Sciences under PRTLI4 funding.

Social entrepreneurship within CISC is broadly seen as the process of
using entrepreneurial and business skills to generate innovative
approaches to social problems. The task of social entrepreneurs is to
find innovative ways to address the issues of poverty, exclusion,
inequalities, ill-health, ageing, disability and inter-generational
relationships.
