The theme of the conference,  "INNOVATION AND ENTREPRENEURIAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR CATCHING- UP ECONOMIES" aims to bring papers containing original contributions on theories, practice, empirical studies, case analysis, and researches in all areas of innovation, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial management, and entrepreneurial education. Topics include but not limited to the following:

The conference solicits paper submission for the plenary and parallel sessions, and poster presentation. Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. 
 
Entrepreneurs, schools, and students of entrepreneurship programs are invited to exhibit their products/programs during the conference. Tutorial sessions on topics of great interest and value to entrepreneurs will also be given.

(Abstract should be in MS Word format and have a maximum of 400 words.)
December 15, 2009                    Abstract Acceptance Notification
January 4, 2010                         Full Paper Submission
 
Accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings with ISSN
