REQUEST: Successful enterprise, intervening variable and path analysis

Hi all,

I have recently changed my dependent variable from successful entrepreneurs to successful enterprise due to the many definitions and debate over the meaning of successful entrepreneurs.
 
I'd like to know if anyone else is doing a research on successful enterprise and what would be the best source or journals for me to refer to.
 
I'm also planning to use Path analysis in my study as I have an intervening variable. My question- is Path analysis the appropriate technique to use to measure? How do I use it if my framework is as follows:
