Have you come across the writings of Norris Krueger? 

He has done a lot on the topic with his students at Boise University in a project called TEAMS. He is also very approachable. Here are some of his articles that may interest you - hope this is helpful

I am a PhD student in Ireland studying technology and knowledge transfer. I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find a good practice model of technology and knowledge transfer. I have my own that I have developed for the centre that I work in but I want one to compare it to.
