ECSB - USASBE Doctoral Exchange Programme

Participate in the
Inaugural USASBE Doctoral Consortium!
Anaheim, California, 9-11 January 2009

Application deadline: 5th October 2008

In 2008, ECSB and its sister organization USASBE (United States
Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship) agreed on a
doctoral exchange programme. As doctoral student from Europe, you will
have the opportunity to participate in the USASBE Doctoral Consortium at
USASBE, meet the US leading scholars in small business and
entrepreneurship research and network with students from all over the
US. USASBE will waive the fee for participation in the USASBE conference
and doctoral consortium. 

How to apply? Send a one-page letter explaining why you want to
participate in the USASBE doctoral consortium and what are the benefits
you will gain from attending the USASBE conference and seminar; plus a
CV and a short description of your doctoral project and one
recommendation letter from your supervisor. 

Please e-mail your application to Friederike Welter
(welter at uni-siegen.de) no later than 5th October 2008. An ECSB jury will
nominate three candidates. The winner will be announced at RENT XXII in
Covilha, Portugal, 20-21 November 2008.
