The School of Management wishes to appoint a Reader/Senior Lecturer or Lecturer in the broad area of strategy with a particular interest in the management and leadership of entrepreneurial firms, including the areas of international entrepreneurship and business start ups. The post holder will have a proven track record in teaching and research in Strategy/Entrepreneurship and will demonstrate an ability to engage with the wider business and public sector communities. In the 40 years since it was founded, the University of Bath School of Management has developed an impressive reputation as one of the UK's leading business schools: it is rated 5A for research and excellent for teaching by the Higher Education Funding Council for England; and the Times and the Guardian rank it in the top 5 in the UK. The School's international faculty is research-led, with an open, collegiate culture that is intellectually and culturally stimulating. The School is located in a modern campus on a hill overlooking the UNESCO-designated World Heritage City of Bath. We expect the successful candidate to contribute to the School's research profile in the area of strategy/entrepreneurship and to teach on undergraduate, masters, MBA, doctoral and post experience programmes. Salary: 	£33,779 - £40,335 (Lecturer) or £41,545 - £48,161 (Senior Lecturer / Reader)
