Job Purpose:
To undertake research and publication, at a national and international level, in an agreed academic field of study
To undertake appropriate undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and dissertation supervision within the Business School.
To contribute to module and course development and management within the Department and Business School.
To contribute to appropriate Knowledge Transfer activities

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1.	To make a contribution to the growing research and publication output within the Business School
2.	To engage in high quality teaching and dissertation supervision in the Business School
3.	To play a role in module and course development and management within the Business School
4.	To engage in appropriate Knowledge Transfer activities
5.	To make a contribution to the Mission and Objectives of the Business School and University. 
6.	To undertake other appropriate duties as agreed with Head of Department and/or Dean
