Hi,
I am in the middle of my research at the moment and trying to put a
survey 
together for my study into the reasons why so few SMEs enter foreign 
markets. Does anyone have a survey they could let me have a look at. I
dont 
want to use it i just want some ideas on the questions and lay out etc..
