Call For papers - International Journal of Entrepreneurship and
Innovation Management  (IJEIM)
Special Issue on: "Strategic Approach for Successful Business Plan"
Guest Editor: Professor Sang Suk Lee, Kangnam University, Korea
Deadline: 31 December 2005

Management is forced to realistically evaluate strengths and weaknesses
of the new venture concept or the business and to assess the
competitiveness of the firm. Brakes are applied to concepts that may
sound great but have inherent problems. For new ventures, management is
forced to consider all aspects of the prospective business, reducing the
number of mistakes that will be made. Planning sets a direction for the
business, focusing the business on where it is going and not going and
providing measurable goals to assess progress.

This special issue aims to align exploratory studies, strategic approach
and development of business plan with academic framework and theories.
The objectives of this special issue are to cover the strategic approach
and business planning for firms' competitiveness in the innovative age.

* Franchise system development

* Relationship between written business plans and the failure and
success of small business

Notes for Intending Authors

Submitted papers should not have been previously published nor be
currently under consideration for publication elsewhere.

All papers are refereed through a peer review process.
