Regional Helix 2016 - International Conference on Triple Helix Dynamics

The Centre for Studies and Regional Development (CEDER) of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco, in collaboration with the Castelo Branco and Idanha-a-Nova Municipal Councils, the Portuguese Engineering and Tooling Cluster and the Romanian Institute of Research and Development in Mechatronics and Measurement Technique - Bucharest | Regional Cluster Bucharest - Ilfov "MECHATREC", are pleased to announce the International Conference "Regional Helix 2016" to be held in Castelo Branco, Portugal, from the 29th of June until the 1st of July.

The Regional Helix 2016 is an international academic and entrepreneurial event that will focus a diverse set of themes, associated to the Triple Helix interactions, underlining more the challenges of peripheral least favoured regions.

Authors are invited to submit and theoretical papers related to Regional Helix 2016 [http://helix2016.ipcb.pt/?page_id=16] 

We also invite you to submit a proposal to organize a Roundtable at Helix 2016 conference. A Roundtable is a meeting that takes place within a Helix 2016 Conference on a topic of interest to Conference attendees.

.         Registration fees:

o    >> Conference - students [early registration]: 50 Euro
o    >> Conference [normal registration]: 200 Euro

o    >> Conference, non-presenters : 100 Euro

o    >> Triple Helix Interaction Space/Roundtables (per person): 100 Euro

[This fee includes: Access to the Regional Helix Interaction Space, attended by representatives of the academia, industry, local and regional governments and civil society; meals during the Conference, and gala dinner]
