Dear all!

We would like to remind you of the Global 2011 Research Symposium on Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Entrepreneurship Education in Rio de Janeiro, BRAZIL, August 10-12 (Please, note that the date was changed).

Since 1986, the Research Symposium on Entrepreneurship, Marketing and Entrepreneurship Education is generating valuable insights in the growing domain of Entrepreneurial Marketing and its related fields. This year, the symposium will be held for the first time in South America. Also, a major theme will be Entrepreneurship Teaching and Education, comprising several sessions.

1-2 page abstract submissions are due on May 15. Final papers are due on August 1. All abstracts and papers should be sent to fabian.eggers at menlo.edu.

Submissions are welcome in any area of entrepreneurship education or the marketing/entrepreneurship interface including:

1. Marketing Uniquenesses in Entrepreneurship and SMEs
2. Entrepreneurship Education in Brazil and Around the World
3. Opportunity recognition/creation, assessment, and exploitation
4. Ethics and Entrepreneurial Marketing
5. Entrepreneurial Marketing and effectuation
6. Entrepreneurial Marketing processes: How different?
7. Public sector Entrepreneurial Marketing and Support
8. Social and CSR issues in Entrepreneurial Marketing
9. Experiential Entrepreneurship Teaching

Papers on emerging topics that relate to marketing, entrepreneurship and education and teaching are very much encouraged.
