Salary:
Lecturer F -  £31,798 - £35,788 per annum
Lecturer G - £36,862 - £44,016 per annum (with potential progression to £49,539) 
 
Building upon the success of EQUIS accreditation and our AMBA re-accreditation, Newcastle University is continuing its substantial investment in the Business School to further enhance its teaching, research and programme development expertise. We now seek six additional and replacement academic staff across our six school subject areas to join our growing team. In all cases you will be joining a new Professor in the area and an established subject group. The Business School is due to move into a new dedicated school building in September 2011.

For a lectureship you should have a good first degree and have (or be close to completing) a PhD.  The successful candidate will be developing a publication record in their subject specialism. A Senior Lecturer will already have a national and international profile in research and will have broad experience of curriculum development and teaching in their subject area. For each of these posts we intend to appoint to an appropriate level related to the candidate's match with the person specification and job description.
