Dear all,

Would anyone have the actual questionnaire used in Ostgaard & Birley 1994 (Journal of Business Venturing) to assess networking variables?

Alternatively, would anyone have the contact details for either of the authors so I may contact them directly? (I have unsuccessfully tried to find/contact them at their respective universities or via Google).
