It may sound obvious, but http://www.kauffman.org/Section.aspx?id=Education - you'll be able to find reports like "Entrepreneurship in American Higher Education"(http://www.kauffman.org/uploadedfiles/entrep_high_ed_report.pdf) and many other interesting things.

You may also find something exploring the material from entrepreneurship educators' events, like http://ree.stanford.edu/, http://www3.babson.edu/ESHIP/outreach-events/symposia/ and http://www.alliance.rice.edu/alliance/Home1.asp.

Please let me know about your research on this subject, I'm also very very interested on it. Where are you? I'm living in São Paulo, Brazil.
