REQUEST: Completing PhD in Europe

Dear Professors and all mailing list members.
I'am a polish researcher and I am working as the visiting teacher at The University Malaysia Perlis at the moment. 
My teaching responsibilities include Corporate Entrepreneurship, Business Venturing, Engineering Entrepreneurship, Innovation.

At the same time I'm looking for some PhD position in Europe especially in The Netherlands, Switzerland or Norway or even at your institution. 
I am just wondering if could you share some advice with me? Do you know any good programs or schools for continuing my PhD studies?
