Hi Ulrike,
 
There are many Universities offering Ph.D in Entrepreneurship in the United Kingdom. Some are University of Essex, Univ. of Surrey, Univ. of Strathclyde, Univ. of Stirling, Robert Gordo University, Univ. of Nottingham, Univ. of Bedfordshire. Others are Glasgow, Glamorgan, Manchester Metropolitan, Liverpool, Newcastle etc. 
 
Try your hands on search engines. I am also looking for schools offering Ph.D or DBA in Entrepreneurship but on a Modular basis. Not full time.
