The Ulster Business School, with 5,000 annual student enrolments, and approximately 150 academic staff, is one of the largest Business Schools in Britain and Ireland. In regional terms, it is the primary centre for Business and Management education in Northern Ireland.

It has recently completed an important phase of its investment in new staff in the areas of Accounting and Executive Leadership and Development, and has appointed a new Dean, Professor Marie McHugh, who is Editor of the Leadership and Organizational Development Journal, and who will become Chair of the British Academy of Management in 2010.

Consistent with the University's mission of regional engagement, and building on its achievement in the 2008 Research Assessment Exercise, the Ulster Business School is undertaking a further phase of development by proposing four new appointments integrating Strategic Management, Innovation and Creativity. Consequently, applications are invited for the posts, set out below, which are available from 1 September 2009, or as soon as possible thereafter.

Whilst candidates with teaching and research interests in any area of Entrepreneurship are encouraged to apply, preference may be given to those with demonstrable expertise in at least one of the following areas: entrepreneurial marketing, and/or enterprise development, and/or business creativity, and/or business innovation. Salary: 	£31,531 - £44,956
