CREME is an active research unit with academic interests spanning ethnic minority enterprise, small firms, evaluation and policy.

You will build upon and complement the research team's existing expertise in the area of ethnic minority entrepreneurship and small firms, by developing a complementary programme of work in this area. You will also contribute to the wider academic activities of the research unit.

A PhD in a relevant discipline is essential. You will have good oral and written communication skills and previous research experience in the area of ethnic minority enterprise, small firms, evaluation and policy would be an advantage.
