Assistant Professorship Position - European Business School

The European Business School (EBS), ranked among the top three business
schools in Germany, is located in the heart of Germany, close to
Frankfurt. The Strascheg Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship
(SIIE) at EBS is a leading academic institute in Germany and is focused
on international expansion.

With a team of more than 30 professors, assistant professors, PhD
candidates, project managers and administrative staff, SIIE offers
cutting edge research, teaching and executive education in the subject
areas of Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship, as well as Project
Management and Performance Measurement. The Institute is supported by
The Renate and Falk Strascheg Foundation and works closely with some of
the leading German industry players such as AUDI, Porsche, DPD Germany,
Lufthansa, Deloitte & Touche and many others. Additionally, SIIE has

European Business School (EBS) is seeking candidates for

Assistant Professor (male / female) in Growth Management and Head of
Competence Center "Growth Management"

Applicants should have an outstanding record in a PhD, DBA or
Dissertation program, ideally with formal training in the area of
Innovation Management or Entrepreneurship. Interdisciplinary candidates
are encouraged to apply. An international orientation in research and
teaching is required.
We offer the opportunity for further academic advancement, including
cumulative postdoctoral lecture qualification. We also offer great
independence to pursue your academic interests and the opportunity to
work in a future-oriented, private university. The position is includes
a three year contract which may be extended.

Successful candidates will be self-directed, creative, flexible, and be
able to work well in interdisciplinary teams. They will also be highly
analytical and articulate.
