Responsibilities:

The primary teaching responsibilities include a wide range of courses in
Entrepreneurship, Family Business, and Small Business Management for the
undergraduate and MBA programs. Faculty members are expected to publish
regularly in peer-reviewed journals. Untenured faculty members are
expected to participate in service activities for the team and college
(e.g., curriculum development). University-level service is expected at
higher ranks.

Requirements (Degree/ Experience):

1. An earned doctorate in Entrepreneurship, Family Business or Small
Business Management, or closely related field from an AACSB- accredited
institution (ABDs with a reasonable likelihood of degree completion
prior to hiring may also apply)
2. A record of excellence in teaching or potential for excellence in
teaching;
3. A record of publications in refereed journals ( for the rank of
Associate) or ability to satisfy the research requirements of the
College of Business ( for the rank of Assistant).

Preferences:

Teaching and research interests in related areas such as: Strategic
Management, Organizational Behavior, General Management, and
International Business is preferred.
