The Swiss Institute for Small Business and Entrepreneurship is the hub for education, research and practice in entrepreneurship, small business and family business at the University of St. Gallen. Established in 1946, the Institute employs 15  staff (full-time equivalent). It offers a wide range of excutive education programs for entrepreneurs and is a leading research partner.
 
Your main tasks are:

• Coordination of research projects 
• Data collection and analysis 
• Redaction of papers and reports 
• Secondment for the organisation of executive education and practice projects 
 
We are looking for an established researcher with a publication record and a recent doctorate with strong research potential. Ideally, the candidate will be familiar with both quantitative and qualitative research methods in one or several of the following fiels: entrepreneurship, strategic management, management of innovation, marketing, or organisation theory. Knowledge of German is of advantage. There is an opportunity to teach within the University programs and to undertake an "habilitation".
