Lectureship in Marketing
Lectureship in Management
(One-Year Fixed Term from end of August 2006)

The Department of Management and Marketing at University College Cork contributes substantially to a broad range of business programmes at undergraduate, postgraduate and executive level. The Department is committed to contributing to the development of business within Ireland and to building an international research reputation.

Applications are invited for Fixed-Term Lectureships, one in Management and one in Marketing. Applications are welcome from suitably qualified candidates within any area of Marketing or Management. For the Management position, preference may be given to candidates who teach in the Human Resource Management, Strategic Management or Entrepreneurship areas. For the Marketing position, preference may be given to candidates who teach in the International Marketing, Communications or Strategic Marketing areas.

Applicants should preferably have a PhD but those with a Masters qualification will be considered. Relevant teaching experience is essential. A good research profile, some administrative experience or appropriate professional experience are desirable.

Salary: €33,068-€53,718 [new entrants]
