The Research Assistants will undertake research in the field of entrepreneurship including conducting literature searches and reviewing relevant material, analysing quantitative data and other studies. They will carry out fieldwork, including structured or semi-structured telephone or face-to-face interviewing and create and manage databases. They will also be adept at analysing secondary data and contributing to report writing and presenting work to audiences from the academic, public and private sectors.

Each researcher will specialise in a particular aspect of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor research project. These areas will include enterprise culture, financing the small firm, female entrepreneurship, enterprise education and innovative companies. All researchers will be registered for a PhD, unless already held.
