Vlerick Entrepreneurship Day
"Entrepreneurship Research and Policy - making the connection"
5 December 2005, at Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School,
Gent - Belgium

On behalf of Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School and the European
Council for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (ECSB), we have pleasure
in inviting you to the above special one-day conference. This conference
will provide a unique opportunity for a gathering of a selected group of
academics, opinion formers, policymakers and practitioners to discuss
recent developments in the important emerging body of policy and
research concerning entrepreneurship. The structure of the conference
will comprise a plenary gathering involving invited presenters and a
number of flexible break-out research sessions. The day will kick off
with a keynote by Flemish vice- prime minister Fientje Moerman who will
present the new book on start ups in Flanders.

Other invited speakers are entrepreneurs and academics : Bart Verhaegen
(CEO Eurinpro), David Smallbone (President ECSB), ...

This conference will be of particular interest to practitioners,
policymakers and academics.
