Applications are invited for the post of Research Associate to the Director of the Institute for Entrepreneurship in the School of Management. The post holder will join a thriving research group of Southampton providing research assistance to the Director of the Institute into models of collaboration in enterprise activities.

Candidates should have at least a good second class honours degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline in Social Science and a higher degree with research methods training. Preference will be given to those who have knowledge of organisational behaviour, management, entrepreneurship and government policy on science enterprise and enterprise education.

The Post is offered full time basis for a fixed contract of 9 months, ending in July 2006. The salary will be £22,774 per annum.
