Our Offer:
. The Private University of Witten/Herdecke develops and tests new forms of
teaching and learning, designs new curricula and novel approaches in
research, and explores innovative paths in university organization.
. We build a new Research and Teaching Center in Corporate Finance and
Entrepreneurship at the Department of Management and Economics.
. We offer part time or full time positions, 36 to 48 months contract.
. We invite applications from candidates with a master degree who are
interested in extending their research profile to gain a PhD. We also
welcome PhDs with an interest to further their research and teaching
development in an international team.
. The successful applicants will be expected to join our team in
interdisciplinary research and teaching at the interface of Corporate
Finance and Entrepreneurship.

Your Profile:
. You hold a degree at a good level in Management, Corporate Finance,
Entrepreneurship and/or Behavioural Science with a focus on Decision Theory.
. You will have experience with experimental design, statistical analysis or
familiarity with behavioural analysis.
. You will be confident with statistical computer packages and experimental
software.
. You also need to be a fluent paper writer with excellent analytical
skills.
. Your English is excellent. German is appreciated but not required.
