Wir freuen uns sehr, mit diesem Newsletter das Programm für die kommende Herbsttagung der Sektion zum Thema „Confronting European pasts in the present: theoretical reflections and methodological approaches to researching formations of ‘race’ and whiteness“ bekanntzugeben. Die Tagung findet am 9./10.11.2023 an der TU Berlin statt. Alle Interessierten sind herzlich eingeladen, teilzunehmen. Zur Registrierung schicken Sie bitte eine E-Mail an sektionMueM@gmx.de.

In den nächsten Wochen finden die Vorstandswahlen statt, dazu erhalten alle Sektionsmitglieder zeitnah eine gesonderte Einladung zur Wahl.

With this E-mail you receive current information and references to job advertisements and fellowships, calls for papers, conferences and new publications. Please also note the deadlines, some of which are already about to expire.

We are very pleased to announce with this newsletter the programme for the upcoming autumn meeting of the Section on "Confronting European pasts in the present: theoretical reflections and methodological approaches to researching formations of 'race' and whiteness". The conference will take place on 9/10 November 2023 at the TU Berlin. All interested parties are cordially invited to attend. To register, please send an email to sektionMueM@gmx.de.

In the next few weeks, the elections for the Executive Board will take place; all Section members will receive a separate invitation to the election in due course.
