The German University in Cairo invites applications for the following vacancy to be filled by winter 2011/2012:
Professorship / Associate Professorship in Innovation & Technology Management: teaching assignments encompass graduate and undergraduate programs. Candidates should hold a doctorate / Ph.D. in a related field and be strongly commitment to high quality undergraduate and graduate teaching as well as research in the areas of project management, managing the innovation process, product and process innovation. Ideal candidates have a track record of both academic activities and relevant practical experience, especially in the area of technology entrepreneurship.

The German University in Cairo is an Egyptian Private University that was established in cooperation with the German State Universities of Ulm and Stuttgart, under the patronage of the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education, the Ministry of Science, Research and Arts, State of Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany, and supported by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD), the German Embassy in Cairo, the Arab/German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (AHK), the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, the Universities of Stuttgart, Ulm, Mannheim, and Tübingen.
